Chayote Lodeh Ingredients: 2 pcs chayote (Julienne/ Cut matchsticks) 2 ocs bay leaf 5 cm galangal 1 liter coconut milk 10 pcs whole red bird's eye Sugar Salt Pepper Cooking oil Ground spices: 3 pcs big red chili 6 pcs red onions 3 pcs garlic 3 pcs hazelnut Soybean Powder: 250 gr white soybeans (soaked, then roasted) 2 pcs lime leaves tsp salt 2 tsp sugar How to make: Saute ground spices until cooked Add pumpkin, salam and galangal Stir until the spices are smooth Add cayenne pepper Add coconut milk and cook until done How to make: Blend all ingredients until smooth, serve.
