Material:

• 300 ml liquid milk
• 250 ml heavy cream
• 2 packs of brown powdered jelly
• 5 egg whites
• 60 grams of sugar
• 65 grams of cocoa powder
• 230 ml sweetened condensed milk chocolate
• How to make chocolate foam pudding
• Prepare a clean pan. Pour in the milk, heavy cream, powdered gelatin, and cocoa powder, then bring it to a boil. Keep stirring throughout the boiling process. Add the sweetened condensed milk chocolate, stir and cook until boiling.
• In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they are half fluffy. Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff. Enter the agar solution, shake again until well blended.
• Pour the pudding mixture into a mold that has been moistened with water first. Let cool and harden.
