Traditional Japanese sweetmeat dorayaki is made of two hand- sized American- style flapjacks squeezed together with a sweet stuffing, the most popular of which is azuki red sap( anko). still, custard, homilies( kuri), and cream( matcha cream, cream with fruits,etc.) are also popular. Dorayaki is a important- favored favorite among both children and grown-ups in Japan. This dorayaki form is made the traditional way filled with anko. Dorayaki may be perfect for people who have noway had any traditional Japanese sweets because it does n’t have any unusual constituents. When tasting dorayaki for the first time, you might suppose it's analogous to flapjacks with whipped cream- just succulent! Dorayaki is also called mikasa, from Mount Mikasa in Nara, which is coming to Osaka.
