For the cream butter
System STEP 1 Heat roaster to 180C/ 160C addict/ gas 4 and fill a 12 cupcake charger with cases. STEP 2 Using an electric whisk beat 110g softened adulation and 110g golden caster sugar together until pale and ethereal also whisk in 2 large eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the coliseum after each addition. STEP 3 Add ½ tsp vanilla excerpt, 110g tone- raising flour and a pinch of swab, whisk until just combined also ladle the admixture into the cupcake cases. STEP 4 Singe for 15 mins until golden brown and a skewer fitted into the middle of each cutlet comes out clean. Leave to cool fully on a line rack. STEP 5 To make the buttercream, whisk 150g softened adulation until super soft also add 300g icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla excerpt and a pinch of swab. STEP 6 Whisk together until smooth( start off sluggishly to avoid an icing sugar pall) also beat in 3 tbsp milk. STEP 7 still, stir in the food colouring now, If wanting to colour. ladle or pipe onto the cooled cupcakes. |
