![]() This time I want to share my experience in making daily healthy juice. There are 4 recipes that I usually make, go ahead! 1 Cucumber, Pineapple & Mint The first is a mixture of cucumber (cucumber), pineapple (pineapple), and mint leaves. The distinctive taste and aroma of cucumber, plus the sour taste of pineapple and the cold sensation of mint leaves make this healthy juice refreshing when you drink it. Not only healthy, but also refreshing. You can add water and sugar (optional) when blending all the ingredients, and don't forget to strain after all the ingredients are blended. 2 Pineapple, Orange & Spinach Next is a mixture of pineapple (pineapple), orange (orange), and spinach (spinach). I usually use sunkist oranges, because they have a sweet taste. The spinach that I use is also not the spinach that is for cooking, hehe. Oh yeah, because I really like it when there are still pulp from the oranges, so what I strain after the blend is the pineapple and spinach, then immediately mix all the ingredients. This healthy juice taste has a fairly sour taste, but there is still a sweet taste from the citrus fruit, and also has an aroma like fresh vegetables from the spinach. 3 Orange & Carrot The third one is the simplest because it only uses 2 ingredients, namely orange (orange) and carrot (carrot). The ratio I use is 1:1. As usual, I used less water and no sugar. The distinctive sweet taste of carrots meets the taste of citrus fruits which have a sour & sweet taste, really refreshing! 4 Beetroot, Apple & Ginger Finally, there is a mixture of beetroot (beetroot), apple (apple), and ginger (ginger). The slightly pungent taste of the beetroot will fade with the taste of the ginger. The role of ginger here is very helpful so that you don't feel sick when you drink it. Coupled with apples, the taste will be a little sour, but still warm because of the ginger. For this time, I filter everything after blending. Those are my four daily healthy juice recipes.
