• snow princess material
• 2 egg yolks
• 200 gr butter
• 300 gr margarine
• 100 gr powdered sugar
• 50 gr edam cheese, grated
• 50 gr cheddar cheese, grated
• 650 gr medium protein flour
• 60 gr powdered milk
• 65 gr cornstarch

How to make a cheese snow princess

• Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar, butter, and margarine using a mixer. Mix until the dough is smooth and soft.
• Add milk powder, edam cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix briefly until the dough is smooth. Turn off the mixer. Add flour and cornstarch, while sifting. Flatten using a spatula until the dough is smooth.
• Flatten the dough evenly. Print using a cookie cutter according to taste. Arrange in the pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
• Remove and coat Snow White with powdered sugar. Do this step while the cake is still warm so that the sugar sticks more. Arrange in a bowl and sprinkle again with powdered sugar
